HOW IT WORKS

You, the homeowner, and Greenside Getaways will enter into a long-term lease agreement (joined by our sublet addendum) enabling our company to operate our business of your home.
2.
Once the lease agreement is in place, Greenside Getaways tastefully styles and furnishes the home to our high standards (typically) two weeks before the lease begins.
3.
After the property is furnished, Greenside Getaways begins managing all aspects of hosting. The landlord (you) begins to receive monthly automated payments and passive freedom!
